Systasis I
A complete olive oil tasting experience at the balcony of Casa Dei, a premium café bar at the heart of Ermioni, Greece with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Hydra, or at Mourayo, one of the best restaurants in town. Facilitated by certified EVOO taster, Systasis I offers an insightful introduction to olive oil quality categories and distinctive attributes. At the end of the session, participants are invited to immerse themselves in an ambrosial tasting of hand-picked Premium Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil varieties paired with experimental food combinations of the Mediterranean cuisine’s finest ingredients.
